Close Encounters With A Footballer Part One

By Peter Jones

Growing up, the opportunity to meet a footballer was always very exciting. From making my mum queue up with me to meet Julian Joachim and Mike Whitlow, to the joy of bumping into David Speedie outside the club shop, the precious scribbled autograph was a prize worth hunting. The older I got and the... »

Stereo Arcade are a popband from Sweden. They make really catchy art-rock, which has roots in the sounds of both Britain and Scandinavia. Thus far they have only put out a few songs, but if they are anything to go by this band will be worth going back to soon. DF
